Nice boots, don’t expect Red Wings.

The leather upper is nice. It’s thick, sturdy, and smells like well-tanned dead cow. The laces and speed hooks hold on tighter than a Democrat clinging to a tax dollar. No problems there. The color is great, very even and not quite as “orange” as the picture. They fit true to size and cover the Frankenstein stumps at the end of my legs just fine. They’re pretty comfortable right out of the box, so I don’t think full break-in is gonna be a big deal. They’re not Red Wings, and you shouldn’t expect that at this price point. If you want a reasonable, comfortable boot because you like boots, these are just fine. If you’re looking to impress all your hipster fashion friends at the local free-range IPA tasting, these aren’t the ones. 6-Month Update: The boots are still holding up pretty well. The soles haven’t delaminated, split, or otherwise given up. All of the stitching has held up better than the first-reputation of most politicians. Fair wear and tear on the leather, but no worse than any other boot. After six months of daily wear, I’m still happier with these boots than I am with my boss or my job. They’re still in great shape (unlike the people at my high school reunion) and I expect plenty more service from them.

They are surprisedly way better than I expected.

I was very surprised by the boots. Had them two weeks now . Broke in easy and quick. If they withstand what I put a pair of boots thru they are top out the line. And the price makes it even better.

Too roomy, poor support

The work boot is 8.5 and Medium and that is what I am, but after wearing it for a few weeks, I had to put an insert in, and wear two sets of work sox just to get them to fit right, sort of. Why did the Ad give more detailed size recommendations like size 8.5 go to 8 or if your with D go smaller? I can only wear then for light duty and have to wear extra sox. I like the boot and it was recommended but turned out to be bigger that the size indicated. I even though of reordering a size 8 smaller width. I am clearing my land on a slope and I can't wear them there to work because they are just plain roomier any other 8.5 Med with boot I have owned and give no support on sloped ground. I'd even say they are a 9 wide and would be probably be fine for a man that size. Sorry I could not give a better report.

Decent Boot

For the price, this is a decent boot. I bought it for casual wear and light duty household/yard work. I cannot address durability issues because I only wear them a few hours a week. They are good-looking traditional style moc toe work boots that look good with jeans, khakis or other casual pants. They are comfortable,easy on and off and the height is a generous 6 almost 7 inches. The leather is smooth and very soft almost like the leather found in a dress shoe. The stitching is odd in that the stitches are very short and on one boot the lacing eyes/hooks are significantly misaligned but not enough to affect the lacing.

Nice try but no banana

Just received this item. Overall the quality seems very good but the top speed lace pulled out on the first tie and the top eyelet above that is misaligned with the hole. I will adapt by doing a repair myself rather than bothering with a return. They need just a little more quality control to call it excellent. Dec 8, 22 I've been wearing them heavily. The soles are worn through to the point that the hollow spaces molded into the soles have become apparent. Very poorly made and not worth the money. The uppers are good and I will try to attach new and more durable soles.

cheaply made.

i have been wearing these for about a month now, and the souls are worn flat aready.. as in the tread wore right down to nothing.. this was visibly noticible after about a week of use, and it continues to get worse. the bottoms are almost smooth, which makes them slippery in wet weather. they fit well, and are comfortable otherwise.. but yeah these were a waste of money.

THESE ARE REALLY NICE BOOTS! NOT SURE OF THE WATERPROFF BUT WANTED THEM FOR EVERYDAY USE NOT FOR WORKING IN THEM. THEY HAD A GOOD ENSOLE BUT DECIDED TO PUT SOME NEW ONES ON TOP OF THEM MAKING THEM MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THEY ARE WITHOUT. OUT OF ALL THE BRANDS AND SOME OF THE BRANDS BEING CHEAPER OR THE SAME THESE DONT LOOK CHEAP! THEY LOOK GREAT QUAILITY!! GOT THEM PRETTY FAST! I GOT THEM FOR MY BIRTHDAY! I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR EVERYDAY USE. FOR AS WORKING IN THEM I CANT TELL U CAUSE I WONT WORK IN THEM.

The quality of the boot actually surpassed my expectations, which were high. However! The left and right have two completely different grains of leather, which is a bummer but do-able. The real kicker is the right boot feels half a size larger then the left.

Están muy cómodas, son muy amplias, tal vez tienes que pedirlas un número menos porque te pueden quedar poco grandes.
