Good Brie Baker

I like this Brie Baker - it’s sturdy and solid. But I feel like the stoneware is so thick on the bottom, it takes longer than necessary to bake the Brie so it’s nice and gooey in the outer wrap. It’s a good size for the smaller Brie wheels, but wrapped in dough, I do not think it would hold one of the larger ones. For what I wanted, I didn’t have a lot of choices, so this works for now.

The Blue Brie Baker is really nice & I'm happy with it. BUT the listing clearly states that it's a set of 2. I only received 1 & spent over a half hour trying to figure out how to get to an associate. Once I connected with one it only took about 3 minutes to get the problem solved.

This Brie baker is everything!

Bought 2 two packs of this same Brie baker with acacia wood spatula to give as gifts, but only received 3 bakers because one had broken in transit from another company. I gifted the 3, but I desperately wanted one for myself, so I ordered this one. It’s fantastic! I already loved Brie, but baked, it’s over the top delicious, especially triple crème served with a crusty french bread and hot honey and fig jam. My dog got into this one and knocked over the lid, which broke into pieces, so I had to order another 2 pack to replace it. I’ve used it a ton since I purchased, and I can think of many ways I can use it other than baking Brie. Great purchase, versatile and holds up to repeat use as long as they are handled with care. Totally worth replacing.

Broken in shipping twice

The packaging isn’t enough to contain breakage. The first one arrived broken as did the second one. It’s super cute & I’m so sad. I need to call customer service to see what they can do for another replacement.
