Sizing is way off

I have several pairs of these shoes in various colors and they have always fit perfectly in size 6W. So I felt safe ordering from Amazon in the size I knew fit me. Wrong. I could not even get these on my foot--I felt like a step-sister in "Cinderella." I returned same day but don't have a printer for the Amazon label so I had to use the seller's return label that came in the box. Waiting for my refund. Buyer beware: the sizing is way off on these. A shame too--I liked the look of these shoes.
