I was pleasantly surprised!

These valances are beautiful. I was looking to replace the silk ones that I had but were darker in color. Raw silk window treatments are very expensive and after doing many home decorating projects, I thought I would give these faux silk treatments a try, to save a little money. Honestly, they are just as beautiful as the silk ones I purchased. I also purchased the matching panels, they are just as beautiful and extremely well made. Definitely worth the money and they created a whole new fresh look for the room.

Colors are different than they appear online

The ivory color is much lighter than it appears on line. The taupe is much darker than it appears online. I'm going to keep the ivory but have returned the taupe.

nice item and very poor customer service

It could have deserved a better score from me, but because of the poor customer service I give it this score. in the product description it indicates that there are two pieces, but in reality it is only one. I ordered this based on what it reports to be two pieces, when I received it to my surprise it was only one. I informed the customer service of the store and the only thing they said was, sorry, we will update the information. it's only one piece! In my country they say that mistakes are paid for with money ???? I also don't know much about this... but 18 dollars for a small piece of cloth ????

Nice curtains, but NOT Blackout

These curtains are nice, but they are room darkening at best, and definitely not blackout. This photo is with shades behind it that are closed. I have other favorite blackout faux dupioni curtains, but sadly they don't come in the 108" length I needed. Be prepared to iron out of the package before hanging, they come very wrinkled. Also, they are difficult to open and close if you hang on a rod through the pocket. If you will be using them as functional versus decorative, you will want curtain rings.

Better than expected!

I actually bought these to use as fabric for sewing garments. I had bought gold dupioni years ago and I needed to find a match, so I bought this. I was pleasantly surprised! The color is beautiful. It isn't nearly as sheer as I expected. The lining fabric it came with definitely helped.

Hang close to the ceiling to make window appear larger.

Had to order a second one for my window but I found it right away and still in stock thankfully. They need ironing of course but look great as it softens the look of the room. Because they are 20 inches long I hung them close to the ceiling which makes my windows look larger.
