Comfortable but poor construction.

Late review, I saw these in my purchase history and wanted to warn others not to buy these. I retired them a while ago but here's my review. I wore these in a rotation with a few other pairs of shoes for my 4 day work week so my shoes tend to last a long time. Unfortunately I probably got less than 100 wearings out of these before I had to toss them. They are initially VERY comfortable and have great traction, but do not hold up even with gentle use. The first issue is the rubber toe cap is only glued on. Even though it shows stitches, only one shoe had them (!) and they are just decorative - the thread doesn't actually attach the rubber to the shoe. I re-glued the flapping toe caps twice just to get a little more mileage out of them. The tread pattern leads to little chunks of rubber breaking off over time but that didn't seem to affect grip or slip resistance which is really good. The memory foam wore through in local pressure spots very quickly, I noticed it after probably 20 wearings and switched to a more durable but less comfortable insole. Unfortunately what finally killed these was the sub-insole/liner, which shattered after probably 90 wearings and made glue and cardboard crumbs before finally allowing the upper to start separating from the sole all the way around on both shoes. The uppers stayed solid and looked good until the end, I think that part is exceptionally durable. Alas, the rest of the construction is substandard leading to premature failure. For the money and my low usage they should have lasted at least two years if not longer. Even $30 Costco sneakers get waaaaay more mileage than these.

Nice shoe but way smaller than I expected

I bought these shoes in the size that usually gives me a lot of toe room, these my toes are tight to the end of the shoes. I am really disappointed, they seem like they would be really comfortable, I don't know if I dare to go a whole size up or a half size, I don't want to end up with shoes way too big but I cannot wear these at all. I am afraid it is a glitch and I will get a pair that my feet swim in.

Tight Fit

Shoes are very tight in the forefoot, I wear a size 10 and have other Fila Shoes that fit fine. These are just tight. I wear them a couple hours at a time to try to stretch the leather some, I am sure they will be fine after wearing for a bit. Just expect them to be tighter than your normal shoes.

The shoes have a good inch of gel/memory foam insert therefor there's less room in the shoe for your foot, that's why all the reviews say they fit small, I'm normally a size 9.5 and saw the reviews saying they fit small. So I went with a 10, and it was a perfect fit. The memory foam really helps, normally after 2 hours of walking in my old work shoes my feet go numb, but with these shoes I went my whole 7 hrs standing and still feel my feet!

Forms for toe shape should be made differently.

Cardboard inserts in the toe wrinkled and pressed down on my toes. Wore them for about two weeks and could not stand it any longer. I had to toss them out. Very disappointed.
