Valuable features--So Many Uses "Built in" to This Item

Easy to assemble. I watched a friend put it together in about 5 minutes--without reading the instructions, of course. I'm astonished that this one item serves so many functions for a new baby! If you're in a small apartment, with no extra room for necessary baby equipment, this is ideal!

Nice and sturdy

Baby will not be here for a few months, so these are my first impressions. We bought this for our 4th baby. We have had pretty much every type of play yard over the last 10 years. The graco play yards are always solid. After having a baby trend play yard in the last couple of years, the graco is harder to get set up and open, luckily, we will be keeping it open 99% of the time. The other thing I like is that the changing table is much sturdier than the baby trend one, however, the baby trend one flips over when not in use, which comes in handy. This one has to be unsnapped and removed. Overall, I got this on sale and it feels really solid and sturdy, but I like some of the attributes of the baby trend version better. I specifically bought this one because I also needed a bassinet. My husband and 6yo son built this in about 20-30 mins.

Perfect “station” for 2 story home

We live in a two story home and this is the perfect baby station for downstairs. I have it setup for a changing station assembly line. Lol diapers wipes everything on one side use the pack and play changing pad and a ubbi diaper pail at the end. I love it for that function right now and then when she gets older I can use it for the pack and play! It’s a daily user for us!! It’s lightweight and the wheels make it easy to move to clean around it! Love this thing

Love this pack and play!

The changing table has been so helpful and we used the bassinet for the first two months, although it's definitely on the small side and he grew out of it quickly. My only complaint is that the mattress puckers at the fold lines, which I don't love safety wise. If the mattress was smoother I would give 5 stars. it is easy to fold up, sturdy and easy to move for vacuuming or moving room to room.

No instructions

Took us forever to put together because there were no instructions and couldn't find instructions online. Not all parts are intuitive to put together either, but we eventually figured it out using all the image references on Amazon and the box.
