Love great and makes a good center piece but it’sa not pricey for a fake plant. Non scented and comes in its own pot.

Looks real, but expensive for an artificial plant

I own several products by Mikasa, such as dinnerware and flatware. But I didn't realize they made artificial plants as well. I ordered this orchid because it looked really nice in the pictures, and orchids are one of my favorite flowers. It arrived in perfect condition. All I had to do was remove it from the box and display it in my home. I do think it's too expensive for an artificial plant of this size, but the quality is excellent.

I’d swear this was a real orchid!

If this hadn’t arrived in a box with a MIKASA tag hanging from the top spray of flowers I’d swear it was a real orchid - it looks (and feels) that good! A long time ago I had a hanging garden of all different kinds of orchids. But after the move to a different climate where I live now, they slowly all gave up. I’ve tried a couple store bought orchids since the move, but none lasted very long. I enjoy gardening and growing plants and flowers, and have had otherwise good success with the rest of my plants, but I’ve really wanted some orchids to mix in. In order to still have that orchid look I’ve purchased a few artificial ones. I have a couple from another popular brand here on Amazon, which look great, but this MIKASA one by far looks the most realistic. The leaves, flowers, and roots are made out of some type of material that actually feels real and natural - not even remotely ‘silk’ or fake. And the ceramic pot is thick and attractive, with an unglazed, textured pebble finish. I don’t think I would put this outside where it would be subject to UV rays, but I’m sure it will last a lifetime displayed indoors. Overall, it’s a very high quality artificial orchid which looks amazingly real down to the smallest detail. Absolutely recommended!

Love this plant!

Pros: Vibrant color white, large in size, nice heavy planter pot, comes ready to go, gives a refreshing vibe, beautiful quality. Cons: None.

Good looking orchid. Better than pictures, can be adjusted.

Build Quality: Overall it is a well made artificial flower. There aren't any defects. The pot looks great. and the flowers are about as realistic as one could expect. Adjusting/Arranging flowers. Each flower is composed of 3 pieces that can be adjusted. A rear-most piece with 3 large sepals ( at 12, 4 and 8 o'clock positions) , a middle piece with the two large petals ( at 3 and 9 o clock). And the last piece has the lip/labellum. The column is actually a "end cap" to hold the pieces onto the stem. You can rotate each section to make the "look right" and have the rotation you want. I did have a few of the lips that were somewhat "bent" and difficult to get to look right (lip folded over the pollinia) Looks best with Left to right curve... Most of the flowers are put on to be viewed in the orientation shown where the branch arches to the right as shown in the pictures. If you plan to view from the other angle there wont be as many viewable flower blooms. Leaves/roots The leaves and roots (in the pot) are very convincing (see pictures) Final thought: All in all this is a good artificial plant that I recommend.

Big and worth the price

This faux flower pot looks so real. I was pleased when I took it out the box. It has some weight to it so it will not fall over easy. The petals are so realistic and the leaves are sticking out from the pot look unrealistic, but you can bend them how ever you want.

Pricy but good

I bought a real orchid for half the price of this fake one, and you really can't tell the two apart. A bit pricy imo but happy with the product.
