Frays when cut :(

Hoped to use this for a craft project but it frays when cut, shedding white lint all over the place. It's pretty and while I haven't measured it, I've no doubt it measures roughly 9 feet, but the fact that it frays HORRIBLY when cut, not only along the edge that is cut but along the edges of the length of the ribbon, is a huge disadvantage. I suppose this could work for some application where that doesn't matter, but for the purpose of crafting, it sucks and was very disappointing. I would suggest looking for another ribbon.

Beautiful

I used this ribbon to create a tufted looking pinboard and it came out perfect. I expected some fraying but had none.

Something changed.

I bought this ribbon before, last year - it was soft, bended nicely, was more satin feel. Twice in a row this year I bought it, and twice it's very stiff, very...well. crafty indeed. Not what I needed at all. Was hoping for the same soft fabric. Also, wherever they stored it - box came in terribly stained and my ribbon was dirty in first ~30cm.
