Perfect fit for basement window

Make sure you replace both half's on your window for a smoother locking experience. The old parts may not be a perfect match.

I should have ordered this sooner. Easy to install!

One of the windows on our house has had a damaged lock for 15 years. I thought I would have to have a window installer come out to replace the lock, but I gave this a shot first. The measurements listed were exact and this was an easy replacement. 4 screws and done! It's exactly like the original lock, no one will ever know its been replaced.

Didn't really fit

This item was advertized to fit my window, but it really didn't fit such that the window doesn't full lock as designed. It works good enough.

Maybe I got a lemon??

I bought 4 of these locks and only 3 of them were fully functional. One is total garbage. I have rated this product at 4 stars because the ones that do work, are good quality. I have ordered another to replace the one that didn't work and I really hope its not broken.

Old window sash locks had deteriorated

We have older vinyl windows. The windows are still in good shape, but the locks had deteriorated in the sunlight to the point where the plastic handles were brittle and snapping. These fit perfectly and were easy to install. Much cheaper than getting new windows.

Not the highest quality lock, but still sturdy and easy to install. Totally worth the 5 dollars and the 5 stars.

Alright product

I ordered 10 and 2 of them were missing the screws that were suppose to be included. I had other screws that worked so I didn't bother returning them. They seem sturdy and look fine.

Exact match.

So I broke a few over the years. These are perfect replacements, and screw right into place. May have to redrill holes if the first ones were slapped into place poorly. Seem tougher than the ones they put on in the first place too.
