Never Fails

Rachel Ray cookware never fails. And it is gorgeous. I got this in orange and am exceedingly happy. I am most excited about trying the pots in the oven as the rubber handles are heat resistant up to 350F

Favorite pots EVER!

Packaged very nicely! Nothing was damaged. It’s been over 2 years and they are STILL holding up well! They are super easy to clean! Definitely non stick, so use your plastic and wooden utensils! These have been the best pots to make my favorite homemade caramel sauce, it doesn’t stick! Definitely recommend and will be buying more just to add to the collection.

I love my new Rachel Ray cookware set! The nonstick is great, don’t have to worry about food sticking to the pans while cooking. Cleaning them is easy!

I wanted to add some color to my home and these were perfect, to compliment my kitchen. They are super easy to clean. Cook nicely on my propane gas stove. Great variety of sizes.

I would give 0 Stars if I could. These are trash!!!!! Rachael supposed to be too tier for cooking. Well the first use bottom of one pan burned (on low heat) and the inside wore off on another (used plastic). I will never buy from her ever again. Do not waste your money !! I've had food network brand for 4 years now. Not ONE problem with them. I will stick to them. Rachael ray you are trash for selling this garbage !!!

New from factory but damaged when packaged

My order arrived sooner than anticipated which was good and there was no damage caused in transit, BUT the items were obviously packaged without quality control at the Rachel Ray end of things. One of the pan lids was obviously damaged - metal rim was severely dented so won't sit on top of the pan (will be hitting the trash). There was also minor damage or flaws to the small pan: enamel coating looked either chipped or missing in one spot and the end of the handle was missing some of the orange rubber coating. There was also one spot of missing scratchproof coating on the tray. Frustrating when you're spending $270 CAD on new product... Amazon offered a refund towards the damages as there was no option to receive replacements(!?!) - I guess I can live with the pan and tray issues, but wonder whether this will affect the items' lifespan once I start to use and wash them. It's a shame as I'd purchased these pans a few years ago (at a much cheaper price at Walmart) and those ones were in perfect condition.
