This works great, I attached my dslr with housing on a night dive, I dropped my flashlight so I dove down deep to retrieve it, on the process, I accidentally let go of my camera, after I got my light I cannot feel the camera, I traced the end of the lanyard and I found my camera on a wavy night dive.

Works great

The shark coil works perfectly to secure my backup dive light to BCD. I removed the pinch slide and secured to light by looping the lanyard back onto itself (larkshead knot).
