Not what I had hoped for.

The frame was securely packaged but, the thick cardboard corner protectors were STAPLED ONTO THE FRAME. It is almost impossible to remove the staples from the frame or, even remove all the cardboard ( fortunately the staples are on the backside of the frame ). The frame is advertised as 16x20 , which is what I needed for my cross stitch piece; however, when I inserted the 16x20 mounting board into the frame, it was too big and I then had to measure and then cut it to fit. Fortunately, I hadn’t mounted the cross stitch piece onto the mounting board. I won’t be purchasing anymore frames from this seller.

Don't buy

I received this frame today and the glass was broken. The gray finish looks very cheap. I ordered plexiglass to replace the broken glass. I am not wasting my time to send it back. I will make make it work as best I can.

Nice frame

This frame was nice, I thought the mat was grey, but it was white. The frame arrived with a broken glass, but when I told them about the issue, they immediately refunded my money.

It was okay but I should have looked closer.

The photo makes it look like the matting is gray, which is exactly what I was looking for. So I bought it right away because I hadn’t been able to find that up to that point. When it arrived, the frame isn’t a dark gray, like it appears in the photo, it’s a light gray and the matting is a plain white. I even went back and looked closer at the images and it looks like the beveled edges are white against the gray matting. Nope, when it came it was plain old white. I used it but it wasn’t nearly as bright or crisp looking as it would have been if it had been the gray matting. And it doesn’t say anywhere that the matting is white either. Other than that, the frame was about like any other…

Items Were Unusable

This product arrived unusable. This was not an issue with delivery. The product was not manufactured properly. I ordered 3 of these frames to display in a room together. Upon opening the frames, only one of them was properly constructed. The other two frames did not have anything fastening the corners of the frame together. There was no wood glue or metal fastener keeping the corners together. This meant that 2 of the frames fell into pieces as soon as they were unboxed. This product is not worth the money. I did not trust the integrity of the one frame that did not fall apart. I do not typically write reviews but felt compelled so that others would not waste their money and time as I did.

Good product for this price point

I was looking for a matted frame for an 8x10 picture to use as our "guest book" at our wedding. This is a great product without breaking the bank, and it had plenty of space for all of our guests to sign the mat.

Does not fit the 16x20 photo I had bought this frame for.

The frame is slightly too small for the 16x20 print I bought this for and I do jot want to wreck the picture by cutting it to fit.havent decided if I'll save it for something else or send it back

Beautiful frame… horrible packaging

The media could not be loaded. The frame itself looks great. The packaging was non existent. It was thrown in a box too big for the package with one layer of thin bubble wrap. The glass cover was shattered when it got here. I cut my hand opening the box and glass shards are all over my kitchen floor.
