Clearly th paper inside wasn’t in correctly

I’ve always liked Tervis, but order this from Amazon and I know it’s not Amazon making this product, but it was clearly defective the paper looks like it’s ready to unravel inside, I also ordered directly through tervis site and was delivered today the same issue, they are not excepting returns right now due to Covid; so lesson learned, waste of money trying to get a item you don’t see face to face from Tervis. Not happy 2 out of 3 purchased to be a waste of money .

THIS DESIGN IS ON A PIECE OF PAPER INSIDE THE CUP!

I have had many Tervis cups over the years, and I was very disappointed in this one. I was looking for a replacement breast cancer cup for my mother as she ruined the one she had from years back. I couldn't locate the exact one she had, so I took a chance on this. The cup came, and the picture was not a decal embedded on the cup, but was just printed on a white piece of paper which was inside the plastic of the cup. The edges of the paper did not even meet together. It looked cheap and poorly made. Not sure if it was a defective "second" cup, but if not, it should be. Sorry Tervis you've lost my business on this one.
