A really nice figure with some transforming flaws

First, the downsides - He is insanely hard to transform for the first time. His shoulders are supposed to be lifted and clicked together over his head to form the front of the tiltrotor. But the pads just don’t fit together and the round shape makes it hard to exert force. I spent 20 minutes struggling and ended up cutting my hands with his propeller blades. Had to sander off some plastic in the end. - No waist movement - head movement very limited - no shoulder rotation - the piece connected to the propellers is loosely connected to his arms and often refuses to stay in place But still, I love this figure. Good points including: - very accurate to the show - looks good from most angles - there are some very fun parts to toy around - his face may look a bit funny in pictures but he actually does look intimating And I like his characterization in the show. So it’s a worthy addition to my collection.

Get the Warrior class instead

The only thing this toy has going for it over the Warrior class is the Build-A-Figure part; if you aren't collecting all of those just skip it for the more durable, more screen accurate, lower priced version. I suppose you could also count having the cannon split and peg onto the engine housings in vehicle mode, but I call that a disadvantage myself, as it means losing one will make the vehicle lopsided and make the other useless as the cannon, and the robot fists are both more prominent on this one and the vehicle's winglets attached to the forearms have no latching points or post to hold them stable in robot mode, leaving them a wobbly hassle to get positioned while posing and apt to rotate ou t of position on their own under the weight of the cannon if you have his arm extended to shoot.
