Arrived damaged

This dress arrived 12 hours ago . The fit was not good. As I was packaging it I noticed there were pulls near the hem. It was like this when I received. I also noticed during the one time I tried it on that it had a fragrance smell attached to it. It wasn't a bad smell but it was obviously someone else's perfume on the dress. It made me wonder if it had been worn before I received it.

Beautiful color

I live in condo, was delivered to my neighbors address but thankfully I got it. I love the dress. I am the grandmother of the groom.

Flattering & long

I'm 5'7" and with a 1 7/8" heel, the dress skims the floor. The V in the back comes to right above the bra closure. The draping is very flattering in the tummy area. There are snaps with strings on the shoulders to attach your bra straps so the shoulders won't slip & you don't have to tug at your bra straps. The steel blue is striking & the sparkle is demure & not disco.

Delivered to wrong address

I ordered this dress to wear for my son's wedding and I didn't receive it. I contacted Amazon and was told it was delivered and that I could not get a refund - but there was no proof of deliver. Luckily, I have a honest neighbor who actually brought the dress back to me as it was delivered her by mistake. It doesn't appear that anyone really checked to see where this item was actually delivered despite my request. The dress fabric is rough and feels cheap, low quality.. Very Disappointed, poor customer service..
