Be warned: These do scratch and show blemishes that taint the fancy marble effect somewhat

We planted small pine trees in these planters... we chose this one because it was a middle price range option among planters of similar size and color. The marble finish was also of interest. The reviews looked good so we went for it. The first one we ordered arrived unblemished and beautiful, so we didn't hesitate to buy a second. Unfortunately the second arrived with deep scratches in multiple places. A bit unsettling, but we requested the replacement and that process went fairly smoothly. When the replacement for the damaged planter arrived, it also had visible, manmade blemishes but not as bad as the other. So I'm thinking these may not actually stand the test of time. It is still plastic after all. Somewhat contrary to the purpose of buying the planter with a marble style finish. I do think people will be able to tell (if looking closely) that they are indeed heavy resin and not stone because of these blemishes. Too much work to return/exchange once again, so we are living with it... But slightly less satisfied than if both our planters looked perfect like the first one we ordered.

Really great planter

Absolutely fantastic planter! The composite materials are very sturdy, a tiny bit flexible, and look like a very expensive stone or fiberglass planter. The metallic Algreen logo sticker easily can be peeled off. I can't recommend this planter series enough! Don't hesitate.

A solid and heavy contemporary planter.

Color Taupe - Good quality. Has a somewhat MATT composition in it's finish. I would have rated it higher if it had included an inexpensive plastic drainage system at the bottom. It's designed to hold one. However, it wasn't listed in it's product description either. Overall one would BUY it for the color and not any extras. It is a Plain planter!

If you are looking for a quality stylish planter around this price range, this is the one to get. I had bought others on Amazon around the same size and price and had to send them back. They were very cheaply made and looked it. This is well made and looks great in person.

So far so good. Looks like concrete. Really nice color. Better in person. Now I have to find plants for them. Definitely the best price for this item.

Beautiful texture

I purchased 2 of these tall square planters for my front patio and they arrived at my door just a few days later. The texture of these planters is amazing, and I actually came to learn that they are made of completely recycled materials... which makes me feel even better about my purchase! I plan to purchase several more in different colours and maybe even the round style one this time!

I ordered 6 planters with trays inside, three trays were damaged beyond repair. Extremely disappointed in product.
