Understanding what you're buying will keep your expectations in check
After owning a pair of these chairs I can honestly say that though they may not be the most durable (not solid wood but composite), comfortable (see below), or even the most versatile of chairs, they are exactly what I purchased them for. The chair comes very nicely packaged even with some delivery dings the chair was unharmed and they include literature and a contact number if there is an issue, major plus. Assembly is straight to the point, do take note that as with all furniture it this chair will "settle" meaning the legs will adjust after a month or so of use, you will need to retighten them. DO NOT FORGET THIS. This chair isn't to lounge in, if you want that, get a lounge chair. Side note, stop lounging at the dinner table / bar it's just bad all around to do that. The lumbar support I take as more of a "suggestion" than actual designed support. This chair isn't meant for that, Amazon has a plethora of chairs available for true lumbar support if you need it. Comfort I gave 3 stars only due to me being over weight and the padding on the seat is minimal thus I pancake it quite quickly, but still, that is a personal issue not a design flaw, but it could be overcome with better foam / thicker padding. If you are looking for a chair you can sit and eat dinner with that doesn't essentially break the bank but still looks rather nice this is the chair for you. Most adults can agree that buying furniture isn't always about comfort otherwise all interior design would be non-existent and we'd all still have the big pillow couches of the 1990's. This is one of those pieces of furniture you make a trade off with, it looks nice when you're not sitting in it and feels nice for the time you're eating your meals.

Nice counter height stool for the price
Using for casual seating alongside kitchen. It rocks because one leg is short, although it doesn’t rock when you sit in it. Seems like it will be useful. It’s pretty and feels comfortable to perch on.

Very Nice
I have been trying to get this exact chair for over a year. Finally was able to find them. The quality is good and is about what I expected. It is not a Copenhagen quality, but it goes well with my other Copenhagen furtniture. I am very happy.

ARMEN LIVING FOX25.5 BROWN FAUX LEATHER/WALNUT MID CENTURY COUNTER STOOL
I bought 2 of these stools, if put together correctly they are very sturdy! And they look great too. CAUTION: The dimensions given are not accurate. I measured the front bottom legs width is about 19 1/8" not 16" wide. The height they claim of the seat is 25.5" high. I measured center of the seat is 26 1/4" high and the sides of the seat are higher 27-28" high. TIP ON ASSEMBLY, Assembly is pretty easy, easiest way to assemble is, 1- Screw legs to the bottom of the seat, 3 long screws on each side, KEEP AS LOOSE AS POSSIBLE, JUST ENOUGH TO HOLD ONTO THE CHAIR 2- Attach metal footrest to the legs using the 4 shorter screws then tighten each corner a little at a time until all are tight. 3- Now go back and tighten the seat screws. 4- TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

THEY ARE SO WORTH IT
I read the reviews and it made me hesitant, but I am so glad I made the choice to buy these. They are AMAZING for the price. This is the 26” cream. It was easy to assemble, Very sturdy. The cushions seem to be memory foam. Definitely worth it for the price.

Good for price
I was wary to buy these after reading the reviews however after receiving them i am quite pleased. These chairs are quite affordable so i wasnt expecting the highest quality. They are sturdy and fit the height description of what i ordered. The material is low quality (think target kind furniture), but that is what i was expecting given the price. Tip: assemble the metal frame onto legs FIRST before attaching them to the seat. It is much easier to do, and makes for a sturdier more even foundation. (Some folks were complaining here about unevenness but i think it just has to do with assembling procedure) Other feedback: I would NOT purchase or sit on this chair for someone over 200 pounds or on the larger side. I just dont think the chair would support the weight or would easily tip over. Fit my needs. I am happy!!

Simple, comfortable.
The caveat to my review: I am very frugal and a minimalist. My purchases are well thought out and become almost painful. I had been pursuing these stools for a few months, always out of stock across numerous merchants. I was excited to find them on Amazon. So, these stools are very simple. Low profile. Modern. Comfortable. Solid. Easy to move around, it's not scraping the floor, it almost glides. They do not swivel, which is great if you want to avoid smashing your counter. Much wider than I expected, hopefully we don't grow to need that space. In case anyone is wondering, the leather padded sections can be unscrewed. This is important if anyone plans to re-cover them. We have cats and they're jerks, so we'll probably go that route in the future. They will all need to be adjusted after a bit. That's just a part of life I think.

Very Nice
Have purchased a number of these chairs. The price seems crazy...but seems to be how it is these days! Overall and compared to others I have purchased - these are quite nice and very sturdy. Despite being faux leather they look very nice and not cheap or like ugly vinyl. Recommend.

Nice stools but a bit short
These stools are easy to assemble, quite sturdy and attractive. I was very pleased with them until I sat at my bar and found them to be lower than I expected. The ad said 30" but they measure 28". Sent them back. The return was no problem.
