Wonderful cup

I put ice in the cup in the morning, and a lot of the ice is still in the cup by evening. It keeps my drink really cold at all times.

Overall ok

Works well for the price. A couple things to notice. The cup is a little to big for holding, always making my hand sore. The lid is not 100% leak proof so I always make sure not to make it too full. The lid is a bit of a trouble to clean with the coffee stain.

Best cup ever

This is hands down the best cup I've ever had. Plus it comes with this squishy things that go on your straw. Excellent cup.

Hole too small for thick smoothies!

I bought this item to drink my everyday morning baby kale; banana & Flax seed smoothies. They are very thick. I had to add more water than usual to be able to drink from the cup as the cover hole was too small. please consider making one of the holes on the 2 covers that came big enough for the think smoothie straws!!

Good product, but could be a little better...

I bought this to replace an older variant that had seen better days. I like this, but if I have one gripe it's the slider is difficult to remove to clean underneath it, and one of the ears broke off and the slider is now useless. The lid itself is solid, it seals well, and for the most part keeps my coffee hot for a fair amount of time. But the slider breaking and no longer of any use kind of ruined what would have been a perfect score... Yes, I would buy again, but I wish they work out the design of the slider a little better.

Excellent Tumbler

This travel tumbler keeps liquid piping hot or icy cold for a long time: hours. I use it every day.

Not 20oz but still works

Updated: Bought in December. Lid feel apart today. Contacted company. We'll see how long it takes for them to respond. The good: Keeps hot hot for hours and cold cold as well. Tumbler is made well. Spill proof, sturdy, and great that it comes with the 2 lids, straw, and brush. The bad: Definitely not 20oz. I filled with 17oz and it filled to the brim. Couldn't even use the lid.
