Great product poor shipping

The coil works perfect corrected the hard start and shutdown when hot issues. Was disappointed with Amazon shipping as the items were lost immediately after pickup from wharehouse but they made me wait a week before declaring them lost and then took weeks to get a refund.

Exactly what I needed

After previously working perfectly during the last mow, I could not get my 20+ year old Huskee to start. Diagnosed all of the simple fixes first, before testing the armature, only to find that I was not getting any voltage to the plug end from the coil. Ordered this, which bolted right up to my BS 16.5hp and it fired back up on the first crank. Couldn't be happier.

Fixed 2008 Craftsman riding mower

Not only works, but a better revised part than original part. Mice ate through high tension wire and muffler partially burned through the original because there wasn't a protective sleeve over the wire like this unit. And I think the original coil had a thermal issue - would fail once warmed up. Dropped this replacement in and all was well again.
