Favorite climbing pants

I use these pants for indoor rock climbing. They are not only comfortable, but they are extremely flattering. I love all the pockets and the cropped fit. I would buy these in every color.

Look great from the front but...

I was very sad that these didn't work out. They looked very flattering from the front, but the amount of elastic at the back plus extra pleating creates a bubble diaper-butt look from the side and rear. Too bad.

Comfortable, good quality

I was somewhat concerned when I first read reviews but I have several columbia hiking pants and overall never had a problem. Now saying that I had really just planned to wear as casual pants because I enjoy columbia pants that well. Legs do taper at the calf so snug fit but I wore all day and was quite comfortable, did lot of walking. Couple of times I did have to adjust at the leg after sitting but I have never not had to went wearing ankle length pants. So I would order another pair without hesitating.

I love the no zipper pockets. The flap pocket is so much easier to use. My cell phone fits perfectly. I use them to work out in.

I really wanted to like these pants but they are not stretchy enough for climbing/hiking ????

I absolutely LOVE these pants. Mind you, I have no hips, and smaller legs. I am a personal trainer and these are soooo much better to wear than leggings! They are form fitting and flattering and so comfortable. The don't stretch out and get baggy either. I'm 5'7 and 140lbs. I wear a Med.

Not the best for Columbia for the price. Size is about right. Soft but seams are comingbundo after washing them.

Diseño muy moderno pero bolsas traseras incómodas

El pantalón es muy lindo y me encanta su diseño más urbano y moderno para el outdoor, el color me fascina y es muy cómodo para hiking. El contra que tiene es que las bolsas traseras se hacen "bolas " al caminar y eso incomoda muchísimo en cada paso que das y se ve feo, hasta el punto en que las bolsas se salen por completo :(. Lo conservo porque tiene arreglo pero estaría lindo que Columbia preste atención a esos detalles pues es ropa dinámica con tecnología para el outdoor. Fuera de eso esta padrísimo. Lo compre en talla CH y me quedo muy bien, el resorte trasero en la cintura hace que sea muy flexible en las actividades al outdoor, pero le resta atractivo.
