Craftsman has reached an all time low

I know that Craftsman tools have been going downhill for a long time. But today I might be finally done with them. I bought this socket to replace one from a set I bought in the 90s. There is no indent in the square hole so that this stays captive on ratchet. You put this on the ratchet turn the ratchet upside down and it will just fall off. I can only imagine the trouble this is going to cause for people. Somebody's going to get hurt at a job site when this lands on them or somebody's going to lose this in an engine bay. I guess it's time to find another brand.

Great socket!

Workes very well, a high-quality socket. As a professional, I used Craftsman tools almost exclusively. No failures of any kind. Cheap sockets don't usually work well and can break or slip while you are using them.

Makes quick work of stabilizer bracket

Got this with https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07JDD8L3H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and I keep a spare ratchet handle in the vehicle. Makes quick work of getting it on and off.
