Careful - No Replaceable Parts in Shower Head

I cannot give this shower head less than 1 star, but I would if I could. I have had this shower head for about 2 years, but the shower flow is not what I wanted. So I took shower head off the shower pipe and saw a filter inside that I thought that I could clean. But it was stuck inside, so i tried to force if off, and in so doing, I broke it. OK, I'll just get a replacement. So I went to the Delta website looking for a parts list but could not find one. I then called their Customer Service. They told me that the reason there is no parts list is that there are no removable and replaceable parts in that shower head. I told them what happened, and they said because I broke it, there was nothing they would do, and that my only alternative was to buy a new replacement shower head. But I told them there is no message about this in any of their installation docs. The filter looks like any filter that is replaceable in any other faucet. But they would not budge from their position. So for anyone else, you get what you get. If that filter gets dirty, be careful how you clean it. Or you may be stuck with a dead shower head.

Cartridge started to leak at 5 years old.

The thermostatic valve started to leak at 5 years, with a water softener in line. New cartridge alone is $185. Disassembly is destructive. Yes it’s a nice set but duration is not acceptable.

Better buy one without diverter if you like the vero ...

The diverter is complete plastic and has an absurd size, gigantic and grotesque. Better buy one without diverter if you like the vero tempassure and combine it with another diverter.

Like the look a lot and the temperature normalizing is ...

Like the look a lot and the temperature normalizing is nice. The one thing we don't like is the faucet for the tub is 100% plastic. The rest of it is nice and is not plastic, except for some parts. Had it for over a year now and it still looks and works great.
