Shower Chair

Chair is sturdy for someone who is 350lbs. Putting it together was a little hard. Was missing 2 screws. Over all happy with purchase.

MISSING PART/PROBLEMATIC INSTRUCTIONS

Product once assembled is fine. I was missing a part. Contacted company via chat....no phone found. I was told the part would be sent. It took a week or more....but when "part" arrived, they sent every part but the one I needed. Instructions are rather poor, but if you put things together, you'll be fine. For those of you who may not be so gifted, I wish you luck. Chair is study....that's why I purchased it.

I weigh close to 400lbs and I bought this to be able to shower more comfortably it is very sturdy and comfortable I am very happy with my purchase

Plastic seat is thinner than my previous shower chairs

After reading the reviews on this chair, I'm holding on to the seat off my old chair just in case I have a splitting issue with this one. And the reason the chair legs get filled with water... the leg adjusting holes are on the outside. The holes on my 2 old chairs were in the inside of the legs. I never had that issue with them filling with water. In the past, even with me under the weight limits, I've had issues with shower chairs collapsing with me on them. I feel the cross bars will stop the legs from bending outward. Assembly is confusing. It took both the booklet and the video download from BILT.com to figure it out. When I installed the cross bars under the seat, I used 2 washers to install the center screw, one at each side of the screw head and then the nut. The instruction booklet and the video download show using one washer but the screw couldn't tighten into the nut far enough which made it wobble so I used 2 to tighten it up. I wasn't planning on using the back of the seat anyway. Only time will tell how sturdy and stable the chair is. I hope my review gives you some answers.

This is the only brand I trust. My other one lasted 10 years. The only thing I don't care for is that the sides are curved up so makes it hard for me to just slide off to get out of the shower.

Very comfortable & safe for Shower.

Purchased this Shower Chair for my daughter who lives in Florida. Had no difficulty putting it together. Fits in bathtub and quite comfortable to sit on and shower. She just loves it especially since she has Rheumatoid Arthritis and has difficulty standing in the bathtub on her own. Recommend highly and look forward to purchasing one for myself in the future. Packaging and delivery was great.

Think twice before purchasing

Came damaged on front end. Bought for Bariatric patient who is well below weight limit and she sank into the seat. We got her up very quickly. The plastic seat very soft. Thought maybe just a defective seat so reached out to seller who asked for pictures. (Very reasonable request) then seller tried placing blame on us by saying it’s not the same chair they shipped and not same as shown on Amazon (which is ridiculous as it’s exactly the same and same as pictured. I would highly recommend not buying from this seller. This has been my personal experience.

Pas un mauvais produit mais le plan pour l'assemblage est pas du tout aidant. C'est un livret qui montre les étapes à suivre en photo plutôt que des dessins. Ça fait appel à toute notre intelligence pour bien comprendre les étapes de montage.

good sturdy chair

it has been a long time able to have a long shower since I am uncable to stand for more than 5 minutes. This chair makes it easier to have a normal shower and wash my hair now.
