Not returnable through amazon.
This is a very comfortable cushion. I ordered it not knowing that I would be sent home with one from rehab. When I tried to return it, amazon said it is not returnable through them, although they ship it for free. I contacted the manufacturer. They said return shipping was my responsibility, and the UPS cost equaled the cost of the cushion. So no point in returning it. I do not see any note on the web page for this cushion that says it is not returnable. I am disappointed in amazon's service on this item.

Nice wide cushion
Pros... Nice and wide And my husband says his backside no longer aches after sitting all day. Cons ... It doesn't have anything to keep it in place. He would slide right out. I took an thin yoga mat and cut it. It has worked so far.

I got one good one and one ridicuously hard one
I don't know how anyone can sit in a wheelchair without a cushion! It was a lifesaver for me when I had to unexpectedly buy a wheelchair to get me through recovery for 6+ months after emergency surgery. It cracked a bit within the first few months and before long, it was a bit misshapen from my rear, but I ordered it again. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the 2nd one I just got. It is hard as a rock, so not comfortable at all. It does not give in at all when I sit on it, so without my shoes n, my toes barely reach the floor. First cushion 4/5 for comfort but cracked easily. Second cushion 1/5 because it is hard as a rock.

High quality product. Cleans easily. Not as comfortable as I thought it would be.
I like the idea of this cushion and that it cleans easily. It's not my favorite though because I can't find a comfortable position with it. On its own it is nicy firm, but not right for me. I thought I could use it to improve the comfort of my desk chair. It is designed for a wheelchair. So any perceived shortcomings are 100% from my different use than intended.

bought for my husband who is disabled,he has quite a few things wrong with his back, has arthriis all though his body and is in terrible pain, so bought this cushion to help relive the presure and hopefully ease the pain a little, very impressed, the gel makes such a difference, when my husband is able to sit in a chair the cushion makes it a little easier for him. well worth the money. would definitely recommend. great for the wheelchair as well

great cushion for me, it is slightly heavy, but then again it does not move when you are transferring or getting on the wheelchair so I am very happy with it
