Soft and warm, just not my size

Let me begin by saying I have a narrow, high-arched foot, and this is a medium-width casual clog. It "fit as expected" which is to say like a medium-width shoe. Sometimes mediums that run narrow work for me. These seem like true mediums. So, medium-width-footed people, it's soft and warm!

The shoes are not what they explain. They are fuzzy toes and the toes are square. Now they say they are not returnable. I'm sick with shoes I don't like because they explained them very poorly
