Beautiful and easy to put up

We love the medallion. Beautiful. We glued it and was surprised we had to have it supported to the ceiling for 24 hours. Took some thought but came up with a make shift support by putting a swiffer on a bar stool with the soft swiffer pad side to the medallion and wedged it up to ceiling for the 24 hours. Hasn't moved so worked great.

Use screws to install. Locktite, or taping it while it sets to the ceiling will not hold it up.

Very pretty. I suggest you countersink screws thru it into the ceiling so it stays up.

looks beautiful

This looked beautiful but I couldn't like up the pattern perfectly in my hands so I didn't even attempt to install and returned it instead.

The center does NOT fit a 5/12 inch canopy....

The center does NOT fit a 5/12 inch canopy... With that said, that's why I gave it only 2 stars. As much as needed to come off to fit the canopy, we didn't do it because we were afraid to ruin it. Instead, I'll use it as wall decor because it is pretty. We ran up to Lowe's and got a complete one, not cut in 2 pieces and it worked perfectly. Should of probably done that in the first place.

Nice product, CRAP cut service WAY overpriced!!!

The product looks and feels great had it cut and at the VERY least expected it to be straight. It looks as though it was gut with a razor blade while riding in a moving vehicle... terrible. Hope I can make it match.

Easy to paint, very classy looking

I obviously painted mine, which was a breeze, no priming needed. I have not yet installed it because I need to sand the inner ring bigger to fit my light fixture first, so I can’t comment on that, but it is lightweight and shouldn’t be a problem. I did not have the issue other buyers were having with the jagged, ill matched edges, mine went together perfectly. Adds an unbelievable sense of style to your decor without spending a lot! Update: I have installed it now using silicone and it’s more beautiful than I could have imagined. Photo included.
