A must buy

This is required for cooperative play, some of the rules are not well written so be prepared to look certain things up online but other than that, SO MUCH FUN

This Expansion Should Be Considered Mandatory

If you have the base game (and why would you be looking at this if you didn't) this is a must buy. Period. This fixes a few systems that are essentially broken. I will never play Fallout without Atomic Bonds.

The app makes it fun - but these are hard!

We are escape room writers and owners, trapped at home during quarantine. I ordered these for the family to pass all of our free time not working 24/7 and they are pretty fun. I love how the app integrates (and enhances the experience with a soundtrack). We did terribly on both the easy and medium games and haven't tried the difficult yet. I'd say we are expert or nearly-expert escape room people but there are some strange leaps in logic in these games. We don't like to be wrong so sometimes we didn't try things which were silly but turned out to be the correct answer. So we wasted a lot of time talking ourselves out of things which were correct. I am really impressed how cards get added together to "solve" puzzles. Great design and very clever. The hint system through the app is pretty cool too. Overall we liked them.

These are challenging and fun

I played the first one of these (Tombstone Express) with my wife and two teenagers and it was a great experience. The app works seamlessly with the cards and it is a challenge. They have a simple tutorial to get you a bit familiar with the way the game works. This is really the 2nd one we have played and each time we have gotten stuck in certain parts for a while but in the end we were able to work through them. I think this is a great concept for a simple escape room type experience with a small group. It really only works to use them 1 time but you can always share with friends/family so others can enjoy. I would definitely purchase more of these.

A small expansion that changes the game cooperatively

Fallout the board game is a bag of mixed views. This expansion helps by doing one thing right, making the game fully cooperative. Pros: • New type of cards, new objectives • Remake of the scenarios to allow for a fully cooperative experience. • The fraction track has been modified to allow for cooperative play. It's not the same (previous) experience of winning/losing. Cons: • Doesn't add value or change the rules to single player experience. • Doesn't add value or change the rules to competitive gameplay • I felt more loot cards, shop items could have been added to this expansion. Overall, I can only recommend this if you want to have a fully cooperative experience. If you play the original base game solo or competitively, this will not change any of it for you. Depending on your type of gameplay (single player, competitive multiplayer or cooperative multiplayer) , you decide if this expansion is for you.

Small purchase, huge improvements!

I'm a very big fan of Fallout universe, but my wife enjoy this too, and she not even hear about PC game. My recommendation is to buy all three parts and play complete game for a better experience.

Fallout coop fun

Nice add on for fallout. Haven't played it yet, but grab it for coop play before it goes out of print.

Only 1 of the 3 games made sense.

Oz was a great fun game, the other two were horrible. Oz made sense was was fun. Review for Noside and Tombstone Only (before playing Oz) I’ve played over 200 real life escape rooms, and I’ve played about 10 escape rooms in a box... and I have never been so disappointed in my life. These had such great potential from the tutorial. The tutorial made it seem like there were actual logical puzzles to be solved. I played the Noside Story and the Tombstone Express. So much potential wasted. These games are basically nothing more than tedious picture searches, tedious card searches, guess and check, a few illogical/confusing tedious puzzles, a horrible hint system, mixed with the very occasional clever puzzle. I’m so confused as to who is rating this 5 stars. I searched forums for answers when the hint system failed me, and I even watched gamers play the tombstone express online and it’s all people posting how confusing it was. I may change my review after I play OZ, but it’s doubtful. These games had potential, if they had of stuck with the tutorial format, it would have been great. Hopefully the creators update it and fulfill this games potential.
