Extremely low quality. Even worse support

Purchased this late last year. Installed and worked well for a few months. While I was taking a shower I heard a pop and shower stopped working. Turns out the plastic inside the shower broke. I do have a pressure regulator at home, so this is not an issue of out-of-spec situation. Contacted Hansgrohe and they told me that because I placed an order from an unauthorized dealer warranty would be voided. I purchase this in the largest market place on Earth! Even Hansgrohe representative recognized that they are now enforcing that products sold on Amazon are authorized resellers. But in the meantime I need to lick my wounds and move on... Gosh.

No value for the money

I'm glad I bought a used one to try, cuz this thing is no different than a $75 Chinese version here on Amazon. Pressure is weak, it's a lot heavier for no apparent reason, and did I mention $400 more expensive? For a single function rain showerhead, I've seen enough.
