Works as expected, I buy this repeatedly

The filters work well. The customer service is great too. One time my township experienced a water problem, so I contacted iSpring, and Nick went above and beyond to answer my question about whether the filters removed a contaminant in my township's water (the filters did remove it). I'm a happy customer (thanks Nick). Overall 5/5, I would recommend the brand for its product reliability and the good customer service. I intend to continue buying this filter pack.

Not for PH100

I own a ph100 model system and this was the first time I was getting replacement filters for it. I assumed they all used the same filters but they don't. You have to get the US made filters for the ph100. I was only able to use the first 4 stages of this set. Fortunately they have great costumer service, I talked to nick over at 123filters and he helped me out with the last 2 filters.

Great value replacement filters

Great value replacement filters. Relatively easy to swap the filters, all filters came well packed, and the rest of filters which I gonna keep for a second replacement, still sits nicely in the provided box. I like this brand, the water quality that it gives is good. I haven't done any scientific test.. but overall, the water taste great, at least that keeps me thinking positive, that it does removes all other contaminant from the water too.

Great customer service

I had a slow drip in my faucet of my I-spring reverse osmosis unit (2-1/2 years old). I called customer service at their listed number. A REAL person answered the phone right away. Sean let me know that there was no repair kit to fix a dripping faucet but he could send me a new replacement. WOW - within a week I received my new faucet -- NO charge and NO shipping fee. Thank you Sean for your great service. I love the I-Spring reverse osmoses unit. I-spring is a great company the stands behind their products.

This company is truly one of a kind!

We bought this product to replace the water filtration system/RO system we had installed two years ago when we renovated our kitchen. The first time we had to replace the filters, it was very tricky for us. We ended up with a leak and had to call the plumber to fix and finish the job. This time, I was determined to do it on my own and save the fee. After watching the videos, we started the process, but there was one step that we were confused about. I tried the company line and immediately spoke with Sean who was so incredibly helpful and calm and kind. He tried to walk me through over the phone but when I was still stuck, he face-timed with me so that he could see what I was seeing. He helped walk me through each and every step, step by step. At one point I think he had more confidence in me than I did and said I had only a few more steps, but when I was hesitant, he said it wasn't a problem to stay on the phone for the rest of the process. He was beyond helpful, PATIENT and kind. He helped my husband and I complete the entire filter changing process on our own and ensured we were ready to go before hanging up. This company has truly been one of a kind from the moment we purchased this amazing system until now. Highly recommend the company, their employees, their filtration systems and filters. Water is safe, clean and perfect for our family. THANK YOU!!

Excellent Filter Set from an American Company with outstanding support and a Great Price

I was having problems with my Home Depot Reverse Osmosis water filter made by GE. I decided it was time to upgrade to a better system. The GE system had two charcol filters and an RO filter. The cost for all three filters was over $100 and the cheap charcoal filters they are using now clogged the RO filter in 6 months. The iSpring system has a sediment filter inside a clear see through holder so you can see a problem before it ruins the RO filter. The filters on the iSpring F19K75 2-Year Replacement Supply Set was $122 dollars for a set of 12 filters and a RO filter. You're getting a 2 year 6 stage setup for $60 dollars a year! And you're getting a company located in Atlanta that is quick to respond to any problems you might have. My wife and I are really pleased with this system. It provides excellent tasting water that I am comfortable providing to my family. The Alkaline Remineralization Filter makes a big difference in the taste and the minerals it puts back in are good for your health. I have added the optional hookup to my ice maker and now I am getting crystal clear ice cubes. It really improves the taste of coffee and tea. I quit drinking and using tap water for cooking 20 years ago because I know what is in it. Every farmer from here to Canada is applying insecticides and pesticides that eventually reach the rivers and waters we drink from. These iSpring filters have reduced my total dissolved solids from over two hundred to less than 30 and most of the 30 is the good minerals I am putting back into the water. Read all the documentation and articles that iSpring provides on Amazon and you will be convinced you are dealing with a company that cares about providing chemical free drinking water to your family.

Clean pure water

This system was easy to install and maintain. The water tastes great and no chlorine or detectable chemicals per water analysis! Very cost effective and no more plastic bottled water.

I would like to recommend this product and also say that even though the wrong components were shipped. Sean from the iSpring Customer Service department resolved the issue immediately. I am happy that this company responds fast and resolve matters in matters of minutes.

Solid and Dependable

I bought this water filter about 18 months ago and we are very happy with it. Installing the filter was a bit of a faff and pretty time consuming, but the instructions are not bad at all - just takes 2-3 hours. Once installed it has worked perfectly - we have quite chlorinated water and the filter completely deals with that. The taste is very fresh and the last filter which puts minerals back into the filtered water gives it a pleasant taste. We also bought a large box containing all the filters that we will need for 2-3 years. Changing the filters (some twice a year, some once a year) is fairly easy and takes 5-10 minutes depending how many you are changing. Change done, you hang the filter back on its hooks, close the cupboard door and forget about it for another 6 months!

I live very rural

I saw this deal on the filters for my newly installed RO system. I live very rural, so the thought of having the filters on hand when needed, where as if I had to order them due to my location it could take a substantial amount of time. These are cost effective by buying a 3 year supply, and are the usual high quality expected from this manufacturer.

I Spring is a solid company

Have to say, hands down ; I Spring has been great! Bought the 7 stage reverse osmosis, great system, 5 years going strong. Filters are easy to replace, customer service has been great. When I run into an issue, for example UV bulb, which I couldn't find. They sent me 1 asap. I recommend this company. Also the water taste us phenomenal from my well now!

Great System at a great price

Best customer service there is - helpful with any questions. Six stage system remineralizes after the RO filters so excellent tasting water with good PH. Very happy with this find. Old system they were charging to ship every filter so this is a bargain when you can buy three years of filters at a great price. Thanks iSpring!!
