It broke the first time I used it. I used it on a very old very sturborn handle, granted. When in use the arms tend to pop off. This is either terrible engineering or an excellent fail safe. Because, the middle rod that extends into the handle breaks very easily. The product provides you no mechanical advantage, and if you try to force it to by grabbing and holding the arms in place, it will snap under the pressure. Save your self the disappointment and just open the package and snap the tip of with your hands. No worries you'll be able to.

Weak, bent in on itself. Total waste of money.

Light-duty only.

It's really not meant for heavy-duty work. The arms aren't wide enough for large faucet handles, and the threads crossed and stripped out almost immediately.
