Leaking sprayer

No matter how many times we tighten the sprayer hose, it comes loose and floods under my sink. And you can't replace only the hose, because it is permanently attached to the sprayer. And if I replace the sprayer with some brand that doesn't leak, it won't match the rest of the faucet. Every single set we have bought from Kingston has given us problems. (we bought "matching" sets for the bathroom we remodeled... except they don't actually match. The shower set is different from the sink set, is different from the tub only set). At this point I'm ready to live in the woods with no plumbing, I'm so frustrated.

Beautiful

Really beautiful faucet, and I wasn't even that excited to buy it. It's very solid. No parts missing. Straightforward to install. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Poor quality

The media could not be loaded. The faucet will not tighten and moves when you turn the water on. The quality seems very cheap. Or manufacturer did not include a gasket That would have kept it tighter.

Poor Customer Support Overshadows This Purchase

I purchased this Kingston Brass kitchen faucet and had an experienced plumber attempt to install it. During the installation, both the hot and cold cartridges would not work. He called Kingston Brass customer support and they did not have any other suggestions other than to replace the cartridges. The Customer Support representative asked to talk to me and told me he could not send the cartridges himself but that if I email orders @ knigstonbrass.com and they would send me replacements. I emailed Kingston Brass and referenced the situation and customer service instructions and asked them to send the cartridges. Its been over a month and they won't respond or send the cartridges. This company is a joke when it comes to customer service. If you buy one of their products hopefully it will work for you. If it doesn't, good luck on getting any help from them.
