Not worth the money
This company has a lot of room for improvement. First, the instructions could be more detailed for a first time customer who's unfamiliar with either the components or their specific installation process. Second, after installing, I had a leak from the tee connector (which was due to faulty washer), and the cold side closed into the sink (opposite of normal). Third, the metal finish is lovely to look at but is very soft and got easily scratched during installation (thankfully in a place where it was hidden). Called customer service Nov 21st, Monday before Thanksgiving and was instructed to submit vial email. Did that as soon as I hung up. Auto response said they'd get back to me with 2-3 days. I was hoping I'd get to speak with someone before Thanksgiving and given they are located a 2 hr drive away, was hoping for parts to use my sink asap. No response even after emailing again Wednesday. Called the next Monday and after being on hold for a while as their warranty department wasn't answering, finally got a hold of someone who appeared to be new to his job and hadn't read any of the details I'd sent. Eventually he agreed to my request for replacement parts and should expect within 3-5 days but after I hung up I was sent an email saying the replacement cold stem would take 6-8 weeks as it was shipped from overseas! I said screw it and reached out to Amazon. Luckily I was still with my window for them to help send a replacement set. Received Amazon's within a week. In addition, please note the exploded view of parts I've included in my review here. This image isn't provided in the installation. It was sent by the customer service representative. It was after carefully examining it myself that I discovered the cold handle problem is because I had 2 hot handles (not 1 hot and 1 cold). This is not pointed out in the instructions. I emailed the rep who agreed and said he'll ship a new handle instead of the 6-8 week stem. It's almost 3 weeks since reaching out initially to customer service and over a week since the revised list of parts was confirmed and still nothing has arrived.
