Beware of repair process

I have owned many pair of Costa's over the last 20 years. Before Luxottica bought Costa in 2018 Costa was a delight to work with on repairs. Now it is incredibly difficult to submit a repair request and the cost of repairs is very high. A class action lawsuit has been filed alleging that Costa charges ridiculous fees for repairs. I recently lost a lens from my Costa's. They told me I had to buy a pair of lenses rather than the needed one replacement lens. The cost was app. 50% of the cost of new glasses! Luxottica wants you to need a repair so they can rip you off. Be aware.

Tough & Fashionable

These were my absolute favorite sunglasses for a long time. They made it through many adventures across lakes, rivers, mountains, and college parties. The glass lenses took the extended punishment with ease as did the frame. I paired them with some black chums for a sleek look.Chums 5mm Universal Fit Rope Eyewear Retainer, Black Unfortunately, I lost them at the Dave & Busters in San Antonio, Texas. I'll miss you my dear glasses. My significant other recently helped me replace them with a similar but slightly lighter and more comfortable model, the Costa Jose.

The nose padding is nearly non existent compared to other Costas, but the price a style are my favorite

Not as green as they look

Super nice quality sunglasses. But don't get your hopes up that the green lenses are going to look anything like they show on the internet. There is only a slight hint of green.... VERY SLIGHT. the look like amber lenses with a light mirror coating.... and maybe a touch of green - if you look at them from the right angle.
