Cute and Somewhat Large

This is a cute skirt, but it's somewhat large. I ordered the normal size I would order for my daughter and it was almost too big for her to wear. I know if I have gotten that size a size smaller then she could fit it.

THIS DOES NOT HAVE AN ADJUSTABLE WAISTBAND

The project descriptions states it has an adjustable waistband so I bought it larger so I could get more use out of it. The waistband is NOT adjustable. It stretches with the "Elastic closure" but that does not make it adjustable. I bought them SPECIFICALLY because of the "adjustable" waistband

The only reason I ordered this was bc I saw that it had an adjustable waist band. However, it did not. So I returned it.
