The top hole is too small for feeding.

I like to spread the food around for the different kinds of fish I have. You have to remove the entire top and place it somewhere else.

Good tank for short time

Works great for our goldfish. But the filter stopped working. No easy to don’t support either. Looking into different tanks now…

Great for Betta

We got this for our Betta, we added a couple of ghost shrimp and a snail. All seems to be well only thing I’m not fond of is, the bowl is plastic and will cave in if you are moving it full of water. Plastic isn’t thick at all and when you get close to the bowl it’s almost magnified and kinda blurry. The filter seems to be doing pretty good!

Awesome Aquarium

I bought this from SAMs club for my 3 year old who loves all things Dory. I love this more than my daughter. The tank is flexible plastic and magnifies the fish and ornaments size. The kit is ready to use. Usually u need to let the water run on the filter for 24 hours to get rid of ammonia what not. Else the fishes will die. I was afraid my daughter will not wait for a day to put in fish. But reading the instructions it said ready to use. Day 1 packet had salts and other liquids to make it an instant home for the fishes. And I rushed immediately to the store and got 4 LED glow tetra fishes (green,pink,red,white), black gravel, food and ornaments. All together ( inclusive of this tank ) cost me $96. And within an hour the tank was ready with fishes in them. They were Right and Ready from the moment I dropped them in..keeping fingers crossed since my daughter wouldn't wait. In love with this totally. Great starter tank for kids. Hopefully maintenance is as easy as starting. And love the colors. 7 solid colors, 2 alternating settings, 2 slow transitions and 1 bright to dim setting. I love it. Will make great mood lights for movie nights. As a rule of thumb u can put in 2 fresh water fishes per gallon of water. So 5 or 6 would be ideal for this tank. This was suggested by the pet store assistant. Would highly recommend!

Damaged

Came dented, still going to see if it works, if not I’ll try to return it. If I can’t I’m sure I’ll make another review. Stay tuned! Edit: Still works and my Betta LOVES it!

Good for temporary tank

I loved how quiet the motor was but the plastic bowl came in dented and the box holding it was destroyed. It was durable enough the plastic didn't leak after being severly dented but not worth quiet as much as it's being sold for.

Not worth it.

I paid over 80$ for a plastic bowl that looks like it’s been used, no filter cartridge no food included and it didn’t even come in a box just a bag in an amazon box. I haven’t even set it up yet but over 80$ canadian for a piece of plastic and missing items! Don’t buy this!

Easy set up

Very cool product. My daughter got small goldfish and it amplified the size of them. Great lights and easy set up. Would definitely give this a great review. Great lighting system in it.

Meh

Very cheap materials, it’s okay for a temporary tank I guess ????‍♀️. Definitely NOT worth the 94$ I paid for it and all it came with was the tank and lid. The light isn’t very bright so having real plants in it is not likely going to be successful. Plastic is quite flimsy, if I pick up the tank with water in it the walls cave in but do pop back out. Not sure if it’s just a bacterial bloom or the cheap plastic that makes the tank less clear than my others, hoping this is just bacterial bloom though ????. I wouldn’t recommend spending the amount of money it costs for what you get. It does look nice I will admit and good enough for my daughters room for now. Edit: ya def don’t buy this, my filter just stopped running but I managed to get it going again by unplugging and replugging in. This is concerning.

Hi, This is the second tank we received from you because the first one the filter stopped working. Now the †and at the top looks like it has been burnt due to the light and you can no longer see through it. I will send pictures if I can get a contact email. The filter continue to turn off by itself. Well it worked we loved it but that did not last long

Very cheap plastic … was dented when it arrived

For the amount I spent on this, I was VERY Disappointed - not only was it very flimsy cheap plastic, but it was dented when it arrived … I didn’t ever bother to set it up.
