I put these babies theough the ultimate test last weekend and they passed with flying colors. After I baked six dozen chocolate chip cookies for my daughter's lemonade stand with these- as someone who bakes frequently- I'm tossing out all my other cookie sheets. My cookies came out perfect. They didn't stick at all and slid right off the sheet onto my cooling racks. I hand washed with a sponge, hand dried with a towel, and stored them flat to prevent warping later. I saw several complaints about the glue- I'm guessing the seller listened and changed it because I had no issues with the adhesive whatsoever, I just picked it off with my fingers and that was it.

Great cookie sheet with challenginig label & adhesive removal
In 2006 I purchased 2 of these cookie sheets, which were under the name Southern Living at HOME. We had a service call for our oven and the repairman recommended that I utilize the convection oven & to use cookie sheets with no sides. I had been baking a lot for our “grands,” so I wanted to purchase 2 more sheets. I discovered these Pebbleware’s Doughmakers, which are identical to the cookie sheets I purchased in 2006. I read the reviews. Many mentioned the burnt cookie bottoms and difficulty cleaning the pans. I use parchment paper for easier cleaning and quicker turn around use of the pans. The only downside is that the parchment paper can easily slide off. Several reported the difficulty removing the label (with instructions on the back), which is adhered to the cookie sheet. Also, the removal of adhesive dots, which held down the label and remained stuck to the cookie sheet. The label was held down by a dot at each corner. I used a heat tool to separate the label from the adhesive dots. I heated the top of the label on the 1st cookie sheet and heated the back of the 2nd cookie sheet (yielded a flatter label when removed). I used a plastic scraper to help lift the label from the glue dots on both cookie sheets. Both labels still carried the slight round sticky residue of a dot on each corner, so I covered those with clear shipping tape. The next task was to get the stubborn glue dots off the cookie sheets. I soaked the dots with GOO GONE and used the plastic scraper to push the semi-hardened dot, wiped the area with a Kleenex, and repeated this until the glue was gone. I thoroughly hand washed the cookie sheets with hot soapy water and a delicate scrub sponge. 4 stars for this great cookie sheet. Deducted a star due to the difficulty removing the label.

Seems to be good quality right now
The cookie sheet seems to be made of good quality the only problem is the paper tag that they attached to it it’s very difficult to get the glue to remove from the metal of the cookie sheet

At Last, Your Sheet Has Come Along
I've owned a baking sheet like this for over a decade, picked up at some random shop in the early 2000s, and had been searching off and on for more of them, usually finding the hollow, nonstick air-bake style and giving up. A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon these, identical to the one I have but with an actual brand-name badge on them! Like its unmarked forerunner in my collection, this sheet is less nonstick than an optimal balance between low stick, easy clean, and durability. Unless there's a ton of fat in your baked good, there will be a bit of stick, but the release will be very clean. Any residue will basically fall off with a spray of water or a sponge wipe. And, since there's no special coating or internal structure, there's basically nothing you can do to kill it short of bending it in half.

This is the best pan for baking cookies! I wish the manufacturer hadn't glued the label to the pan though, I'm having a hard time getting it off with soap and water.
