Fast to change out but don't use harsh cleaners

I first installed this valve 18 months ago. After 18 months, it started to constantly make a noise, somewhat like a leak, just a light hissing noise. No it was not a leak in the flapper valve causing the tank to constantly fill; let's rule that out. So I ordered a new one of the same model to swap it with. I was going to perhaps complain to the manufacturer because it has a 10-year warranty. However in the warranty it says not to use harsh chemical cleaners in the tank. Now that I think about it, I did use a drop-in tank cleaner about 2 months ago. So if that's what caused the problem, then it's on me. I'll shut up and move on and warn you against it! Anyway, once you get the water out of the tank this thing literally takes 2 minutes to change out. Adjusting can be done in place. If I owned any rental properties I would be using this thing absolutely for sure. SO FAST, NO TOOLS.

They work and are quiet

This is my second Korki flow valve for this toilet. They seem to last a few years. After that, they stop shutting off. It is probably a needle valve getting clogged. Needless to say, Korki isn’t very environmentally friendly if one has to replace this big piece of plastic every few years. Pros. They are easy to install and adjust. Twist the head and pull it to the right height and then twist back. The install uses flat nut to hold the valve assembly to the toilet and fits a standard toilet US screw on hose. Make sure you attach the fill tube when doing the install or you will spray water everywhere. As I mentioned in the title, the valve fills quickly and quietly. When it is working, it is great. When it breaks, it millstone be replaced.

Better than the flowmaster it replaced

I replaced the fill value in one of my bathrooms with a flowmaster about a year ago. It has already started making a humming sound when filling -- rather than take it apart and try to find the cause I replaced it with this Korky model. This was a great move install was simple and it is much quieter than the flowmaster (even when it was new). The design is a welcome update to most fill valves.

Works well

I was skeptical at first with the low price. However after my fill valve decided not to work I needed one and fast. This arrived and after installing which if you know basic plumbing is self explanatory, it works pretty well. I have a dinosaur toilet that takes an Olympic pool amount of water to be able to flush but after some adjustments this product works just fine.

Very easy to install and setup.

I previously had a float-less valve that kept leaking and kept having to be readjusted. Hated it. I bought this and am very impressed so far. It was very easy to setup and install. The directions were straight forward. It fills the tank quickly, fairly quietly, and best of all absolutely no leaking after shutting off. The valve to adjust how much water goes in to the bowl tube is a very welcome addition as well and a clever add on. Highly recommend.

Best deal in toilet repairs IMO. No man required!!

I bought this to repair a 13+ year old one piece toilet I have in my bathroom. It was just what I needed! So easy to install, just go onto YouTube and look up Korky toilet fill valve install, it will show you exactly what to do! I used a wash-cloth to hand-tighten the valves/ provide extra grip, a small bucket to catch the leftover water, and scissors to trip the fill valve tubing to size. Whole install took maybe 10 mins. I saved $300 by not having to buy a brand new toilet. *FYI Much, much easier to install and adjust than the competitor: Fluidmaster ( the previous brand bought just 5 years ago).

Quick and extremely fast to replace

Mine failed a little over 3 years. Ordered this and it took 15 minutes to completely remove and replace (and clean up). I made sure to keep the adjustable height of the original so I could set the new one at the same. Valve didn't work so shut house water main off. Heated the tube with hot water so it was simple to install. All I can hear now is the water going thru the supply hose. Very quiet. For $10 not worth dealing with their warranty.

Price is fantastic, I almost bought a new toilet.

This thing works perfect. It sounds different at the beginning of the flush. It's slightly louder but then it gets really quiet. Honestly it's worth the price. Rating the ease of install is weird because it is no easier or harder to install than any other toilet repair kit. Just make sure to not OVER tighten and crack the tank. The instructions are 9/10 for ease of use. Most people will have no issues, if you do YouTube it and it will take you the last 10% of the way.

Easy To Insall

This is a tool-less installation (after you've remove the old fill valve). The height adjustment is super easy. I found the unit to be quiet and fills fast. From previous experience, I connected the refill tube to the value first before installing the valve itself as some pressure is necessary to seat the tube, and it's easier to do when the valve can be supported by your hands.
