Too expensive for poor quality

This was supposed to be the cabinet to show off our home entrance, but it turned quickly into a nightmare. For the hefty price tag, the quality, craftsmanship and details are severely lacking. We knew there was going to be problems when we opened the instructions. The tools list was accurate but there were were 12 screws wood screws missing as well as a few other parts. Was able to replace most of the missing equipment with a quick trip to Home Depot. Once we begin using said instructions, the images are just a mess. Poorly drawn and needed a magnifying glass to see the construction pictures. What was infuriating was the drawn images for construction were not even accurate as the pieces were aligned differently than the images! We had to restart 3 times to fix pieces we had already put together. It was ridiculous those images were garbage. Another problem was the one crossbar piece that brings the two sides together and supports the drawer underneath was missing it's pilot hole points and these missing pilot hole points would hold the closet door receptors to keep the panels shut. I had to construct the entire thing and "eyeball" the holes as close as I could to drill them for the receptors. After making small points, the wife and I decided to leave the crossbar without them. Lastly, the nail in the coffin of this horrible build, we completed the cabinet with the two door panels (the one with the missing screws coincidentally). Left side goes on fine. Right side we finish and when we try closing it, nope. Won't close. Will not close because the pilot holes for the screws were misaligned and when closing the panel the top part cannot clear the shelf all while scraping and chipping the paint. Unbelievable. I had to redrill screws carefully to get this right panel to close and now we don't even attempt to open it. I would never blast a piece as beautiful as this for no reason and it is lovely. But please AVOID purchasing this horribly manufactured cabinet. It is not manufactured stateside and the instruction sheets reflect that. For the price of this cabinet, you are better off finding a less expensive alternative with less headache. Purchase at your own risk! Apart from the missing equipment and horrible instructions that led to several redos
