Easy to install

Easy to install. I would prefer a light beam that could be adjusted to only cover the object I am trying to illuminate. This works but covers an area larger than just the artwork.

Not great quality

We installed these lights in our kitchen ceiling during a 2002 remodel. We are now starting n our fourth set of lights. They don’t last as long as the manufacturer states. Luckily, they are easy to install, but at a cost of almost $53 per fixture, replacing 12 fixtures over and over gets pricey.

Lifespan is questionable.

I’ve had 2 lights out of 10 go out within a few months. I asked my electrician to change out all the lights for replaceable bulb type light housing, but he said it is too expensive or difficult. So buy extra, you won’t have to wait long for the first one to go bad.

What does 2700K really mean?

I am trying to replace one unit in a bank of three that was installed about 20 years ago. Before ordering this unit or the 3000K unit, I tried to get an answer to this question to no avail. So I ordered this unit figuring the light would be close enough. Wrong!!!!! Now I know what the number means. The lower the number, the yellower the light. My other units are whiter so it was a mismatch. I will order the 3000 version and hope that it's a closer match in light color. Postscript: the 3000 version was closer to the other lights in the bank, not perfect, but close enough.

Flaud Design, don't buy!

Flaud design. I bought 4. All have cracks at the bend joint where the pressure is from moving it the 50* angle. Don't buy! Great design if they only didn't crack at the joint!
