Good if you want to buy a bunch of different patches and use them interchangeably without re-sewing.

its 2 pieces, so its great if you want to buy multiple maxpedition patches and use them interchangeable. The only gripe i have is since it is two pieces attached by velcro, its not low profile and i have seen it slip/tear apart(in the non damaging way velcro does) when i scraped the it against a wall. You're also going to have to deal with stray bits of lint clinging to the edges of the velcro, but other than that, great patch, rubber hard, etc.

Solid patch, no complaints

It's a nice patch, a bit thick and stiff but not overly so. I like that it's not fabric as I use it on my fishing gear.

Nice PVC California Flag

The flag is clean, and easy to clean as it's PVC. You can adhere it to any proper hook-n-loop surface. Just wipe it with towel or wet wipe and it'd be clean. The details are good as well.

Damn! Maxpedition hook and loop is not to be underestimated. There is no loosing a patch with them, ever. Nice quality rubber, even better Velcro. Should last multiple lifetimes on the trail.
