SoFar so good

I keep it outside at all times exposed to the weather and so far it’s holding up and not falling apart or rusting or the wood handle rotting . I use it for my pellet stove and I get about 5 full tray of ashes in it before I need to empty it out

Not a long term use bucket

We have been using this bucket for about 5 months total. The paint has begun peeling off the sides because of the hot ash. It has been a great bucket but I’m pretty disappointed on how poorly it is holding up.

Perfect

This item is perfect for those who have fireplaces and want to have a place to but the ashes and embers close by the fireplace. The handy shovel included rests well on the side of the can and the top fits well. Handle works great and the item is sturdy and very useful.

This is perfect andn the price was great

This was perfect for what I needed it for. I have a new wood stove and I needed a ash bucket. Absolutely perfect and lightweight although strong metal. Also, when a too big log caught and I couldn't get out in the stove I was able to put it in the can and get it outside! It was on fire and I couldn't carry it!

Overall pretty nice

It is a nice bucket, well made, but the lid does not fit tightly. I wanted a bucket with a tight lid that I could put embers in without worrying about them coming if it gets a little windy. I will have to make some adjustments to make this lid fit tight.

Makes grill maintenance easier

This has made cleaning my grill before use very easy. Use a small kitchen trash bag in it. Good size. Looks nice so not an eyesore.

Decorative and Functional

I bought this for my husband who was collecting ashes from our charcoal grill in a plastic bucket. This looks so much nicer on the deck next to the grill. It is decorative AND functional, but I wouldn't call it heavy duty. Perfect for what we are using it for.

LID'S HANDLE NOT WELDED, COMES SEPARATE FROM LID

Overall its a good product, however it should not be sold when the lid's handle is not welded properly, it comes separate from the lid, now my husband has to screw it onto the lid somehow. AMAZON please pay attention to what you are selling! Returning back and waiting for the new to arrive is a hassle and no guarantee that I will receive high quality. Id say the price it too high for the quality, I am not happy at all.

Perfect!

We definitely needed an ash bucket for our wood stove at the cottage. Since we have been lying low there for nearly 6 months (due to COVID-19), we had a lot more fires than a normal cottage season. This ash bucket is perfect for cleaning out the potentially hot ash from the stove, and keeping it until it is safe to dispose of. The bucket itself is a little big, but looks great beside the stove, nonetheless.

Flimsy warped metal.

Shipping was fast ish. But for $80 the shovel should fit in the slot and the lid should fit the bucket…I don’t know if someone sat on the box and that’s why everything is warped? But it’s not very sturdy. I ordered too close to Christmas to try and return it, the person I bought it for can still use it after I bent everything back into shape…metal thinner than a tuna can

Great Gift

This was a gift . They Love it. The shovel storage slot is great idea and lid to keep ashes from dusting the house at clean out. Insulated so it doesn't get too hot on the outside.

Works but cheap.

It does the job but not great quality. Welds are just holding so no idea how long it will last. I am using for an outside fireplace so better than the ugly bucket I used before.
