Excellent product!

If you are thinking about buying this...your hard-hat already stinks! Its like a fresh new hat every few days. Take them home at end of week and wash! No more disgusting, smelly, bacteria-ridden headbands. So cool and comfortable! This product has made my otherwise miserable job...bearable!!!

Not worth the cost

Very simple and cheap design not reflected in the price. Description indicates it is washable but I rinsed it and dried mine by hand twice and it is already coming apart.
