Needs to be more adjustable

I needs to be more adjustable. You can’t turn it down far enough. It had a swivel ball but doesn’t swivel enough. It doesn’t turn down far enough.

False advertising

The price reduction makes this shower device attractive. But I have a minor complaint that may not bother some people who don't care if their bathroom fittings have a consistent appearance. I ordered the Brushed Nickel color version, but the handheld shower's description is misleading because the spiral metal-clad hose does not have a ‎Spot Resistant Brushed Nickel finish. The hose is shiny chrome without any "brushed" finish or the slightly yellowish tone that nickel metal has. Nowhere does the advertising text identify the handheld hose having a shiny chrome finish. The prospective purchaser should not have to peer closely at the photo of the item to discern that chrome is used on the hose when the only finish description in the product advertising is Brushed Nickel. Whether this false advertising and misrepresentation is significant enough to result in a class action lawsuit against Moen is debatable.

Hose is not brushed nickel!

Have Moen fixtures thruout the house and needed replacement shower hose & head in brushed nickel. Product does not have brushed nickel matching hose- it's chrome and does not look right- supposed to match the finish! Just beware if purchasing this- you have to buy matching hose unless doesn't bother you.

Low water pressure

The water pressure is not great with this shower head. Only 1.75 GPM. Definitely not energizing as the name "Hydro Energetix" suggests. I thought I was buying a head with 2.5 GPM. It's hard to find this in the product info but it's noted on the back of the shower head. The pressure is probably fine for someone with short and/or thinner hair but with long hair it takes some effort to get shampoo and conditioner out. I would not recommend this for thick, long hair. The shower head I just replaced has much better pressure but it was not a handheld.

Very nice spray pattern

Even though it is environmental in saving water the shower stream is quite nice.

Excellent value

I saw so many reviews of bad pressure I was worried, however I am happy to say this set has had excellent pressure in my house. We removed the flow restrictor and haven’t had any pressure issues unless using bothe heads at once which is to be expected. With the multitude of settings there is a setting for everyone. We have been using it for about 3 months and have had no issues.

Great Spray - Mis-matched head & hose

The shower head has good spray patterns, and I would have rated this 5 stars except that I ordered brushed nickel finish but the connecting hose is shiny stainless steel. Definitely not the look I wanted.

Does not stay on holder properly

The shower head does not stay secure on the holder causing it to fall off. Hit my head twice and caused injury. Not happy

Chrome install value size measurements different settings warranty

I got this to replace and install my mom’s old showehead. We had to pick Chrome to match or other ones would have been just as good. We really like Moen for its lifetime manufacture warranty. Since I already have a different style and set up shower head, she liked this one for a larger size that doesn’t look awkward for any regular shower/tub. I was able to install it easily. There are no real instructions but YouTube has great video for this exact model! No real tools needed to put together is great! She has amazing water pressure now. The only thing is she doesn’t see much of a difference in the settings but that wasn’t her priority. Very happy with this product!
