You cannot get extra keys made.

I needed to have spare keys made up and the locksmith was unable to do so. He had remove the lock and change the 2 to a 3 so that we could have keys made. Unfortunately, we no longer have the beautiful key that came with it because of this issue. A bit pricey for this issue.

Make sure that you pay attention to the thickness of your door so that you get the correct size screws. That is critical.

Pretty...and bad...

Love the style and the look, but the quality is below average. I had to return the deadbolt lock for replacement as the retainer clip was loose and the thumb lock was loose. Now after using for a year the exterior faceplate is more scratched up than the 90 year old one we replaced. I would gladly pay 33% more for this item if the quality were better.
