Get a size lower

Love NYDJ a lot and have several pair that fit great. I’m tall with a 33” inseam and this brand is great for tall women. The only issue with this style is they run a little big. I’d already washed them so I couldn’t return them, but I would have traded them for one size smaller. Keep that in mind when ordering

Terrible Style for Plus Sizes

First of all, this jean fit and felt nothing like a "straight leg jean". I bought a size 18W and wear a size 20W. The "fit" was correct but not for a straight leg jean. These jeans were fitting exactly like skinny jeans or jeggings and felt like pajamas. I am 5'4" and they were definitely six, or more, inches too long. I had blue jeans all the way over my foot and dragging on the floor. Maybe it's jeans and socks combined! The coloring was absolutely horrific for plus size legs and accentuated in all the wrong ways. The "lift and tuck" feature actually had my behind looking flat and wide. These were all around the absolute worst pair of jeans I have tried on in a very long time. *On a side note, I have several pair of the NYDJ skinny pull on jeans in a size 16W from a few years ago, those were good; so don't think I'm hating on this brand.

That brand... that style... always works for me. I do get tired of scrutinizing all the "new and trendier" stuff to get to my perfect fit.

I don't have Saddle-bags!!

I used to like NYDJ but it seems as if they are now making them as if all larger women have 'saddle-bags'. They are like jodhpurs! I bought the size lower per the instructions, but still very baggy in the upper thighs. Disappointed in these. Length seems to be fine as I am 5'9" and typically run 33" inseam.

Way way way too long

These jeans were a perfect fit in the waist but were easily 8 inches too long. For my entire life, I've been able to buy jeans 'off the rack' and never had a length problem until these jeans.

Buy a size smaller

I bought two pair of this nydj style and size in different colors. Since the darker fit perfectly I removed all tags etc on this pair. Wore them today. These are too large.

Short waisted

Fit is excellent except for the rise. A belt is needed to keep the jeans from sliding down.
