Review update

This is my 3rd one of these and I love them. The first one got dropped and the lock on the lid broke. It is still usable but since the button cannot be locked I don't use it to carry water where it might accidentally open (such as a gym bag) so it became my coffee transport in the cup holder. Note: once it has been used for coffee it retains the coffee taste/smell enough to make me not want to use it for water again. I have had the 2nd one for a couple years and it gets a good amount of use. The hinge pin on the lid has started to come out a couple times and I was able to slip it back in and keep it from falling apart, but I bought this 3rd one to have on hand just in case. What I love the most about these is how well they insulate. I can put in ice and water and it stays cold a LONG time. I have left it in the car overnight in the Florida heat and there was still ice in it the next day! Update: I still love these. I just ordered a 4th one so I could have a brand new one for some upcoming travel. I have "beat-up" the finish on one of my others by sliding it in and out of my bottle holder on my bicycle. This newest one had a flaw with the flip-top hinge, it didn't click fully into the open position and thus would drop forward when I drank. I used the "product support" button and Oggi contacted me for info. After our communications, they sent me a new top which is perfect. 10 stars for customer support!

No carry handle as shown in pic

I’ve had these water bottles for years. Really like them. It was time to replace. When new bottles arrived they no longer had the carry handle yet the online product showed they did. Not returning but feel misled by what was advertised and reality.

No handle.

My husband has what is apparently an older version of this bottle that has a handle. Carries it to work every day. He needs a new one because I haven’t been able to find replacement seals. I bought one in olive, it didn’t have a handle so I sent it back. Tried a blue one hoping it was just a color thing but it didn’t have one either. Contacted the company, they couldn’t send me a replacement lid with a handle. Both Amazon and OGGI were very pleasant and tried to be helpful, and Amazon said they would look into the description of the item.

Good size

I really like it. Hard to find a flip top with a drinking area and NOT a straw. However, there is a "pin" on the hinge that likes to wiggle out. If you keep an eye on it and push it back in, it's OK. But, it's just a pain. Good size and metal - I like that.
