Life saver for the slopes

Learning how to snowboard in the northeast, the slopes can be very icy. So, falling down at times can hurt. Using these crash pads, has made life easier on my joints.

not great, the base of the thighs are way too ...

fit is ok, not great, the base of the thighs are way too tight for a "average" size adult, over all fit and comfort level is ok, just takes a bit getting used to if not used to wearing such items

There was too large a space between the pads on the side of leg where it was needed most against to protect against leg kicks.

Sitzt & schützt!

Klasse, die Hose sitzt gut und macht alle Bewegungen mit ohne zu verrutschen oder störend einzuengen. Obwohl die Hose sehr leicht ist, ist ein guter Grundschutz vorhanden - das Wabenmuster leistet hier gute Arbeit und ist ein gelungener Kompromiss aus geringem Gewicht, Schutz und Beweglichkeit. Ist m. M. nach auch für Kampfsport & leichteres Kontakttraining super geeignet, Tiefschutz lässt sich auch noch gut darunter tragen. Dabei gefällt mir auch, dass die Oberschenkelpolster zumindest etwas mehr zur Seite gehen, also mehr Seitenschutz bieten als die meisten anderen derartigen Hosen (welche mehr nach vorne ausgerichtet sind). Größere oder getrennte Polster nach vorne und noch mehr zu Seite wären wohl noch besser, allerdings habe so etwas noch nicht gefunden - außer wesentlich schwerere Schutzausrüstungen aus dem Kampfsportbereich. Wer also einen leichten Schutz will, der die Beweglichkeit voll erhält kann zugreifen - von mir 5 Sterne!

Aufgrund vielfach genannter Probleme mit der Darstellung das die Polster nicht am Oberschenkel sondern am hinteren Quadrizeps sitzen würden.. möchte ich das mal aufklären: Wenn man die Hose wie beschrieben anzieht ( das gepolsterte Steißbein hinten), dann sind die Polsterungen auch am vorderen Oberschenkel wie auf dem Bild beschrieben. Das Produkt ist aher angenehm zu tragen und die Polster geben ausreichend Dämpfung für mich als KM im Handball..
