I’ve had this tree for almost two years
I’ve had this tree for my 3 cats for almost 20 months but I think it’s time for a replacement. I replaced some of the sisal rope once because my cats tear it up. My main problem with this thing is it’s so hard to clean. The basket on top CLINGS to hair and it’s impossible for me to get it all out. The little cushion that’s supposed to go in there got lost quickly. It did not stay in there. The carpet also likes to grip onto cat hair and sisal rope particles. Not matter how much vacuuming and Lili brushing I do, it never looks as good as the first week I bought it. It’s cute but I’m tired of it. Time to replace with something with solid wood and no carpet!

Cat LOVES this tree
I bought this for Milo (the cat) for Christmas since he wasn't a big fan of the carpet cat tree in my office - he preferred my keyboard / laptop. In hopes that this would keep him off of my desk during meetings, I splurged a bit and bought him a tree that would be high enough so he could look out the window, but also small enough to fit in a pretty small space. As soon as the box arrived, Milo somehow knew it was for him. He refused to get off of the box, and then once assembled, the tree. I had to sneak the tree upstairs into my office while he was asleep elsewhere, since he simply would not leave it alone. He's not a fan of catnip, so whatever they put on this tree is clearly an amazing drug, because he's actually left my keyboard / laptop alone to stare out the window and snooze each day on the top tier of the tree! The top tier is a little wobbly, but Milo is about 10lbs and fits perfectly in the basket. It's pretty easy to assemble, but I did have to rebuild it because I made some silly mistakes along the way. Also, the fabric for both the basket and the bottom house isn't very soft, so I bought a baby blanket and Milo is very happily curled up on that. Overall, definitely a great purchase and would absolutely buy again!

Broken piece!
Overall, I love the product. The design fits great with my modern farmhouse decor. However, one of the pieces as broken. I was able to snap it on without an issue, though. I would still recommend it just be careful when assembling the plastic pieces.

Beautiful Quality Cat Favorite
Love this buy. The set up was easy, you can see how well made and how thought was given to its design and production. And to boot my cat LOVES her house. So many good options for her to use when she feels like being somewhere new. She loves the bottom hideaway - I have it facing inward so the opening is only accessible through a narrow space which is her refuge when she runs off from the dogs. Then she lays out on the middle perch. And last but most of all, she lays in her top perch next to a sunny window watching the birds and its just such a fantastic present for her. It has added to her quality of life, AND the structure, design, and materials are so neat and aesthetic, that its a a perfect stylistic piece.

One of my cat’s favorite places
Cats love to be in high spots and my cat spends a lot of time in the perch of this, her first cat tree. She loves to play with the feather toy and scratches the posts daily. I loved this tree even more after seeing the selection in local stores and their cheap looking carpeted landings

AMAZING cat condo!
This cat condo is not only attractive, but super sturdy. I've had it for 2 years now and it has survived the kitten stage of 2 of my cats. All 3 of them LOVE the condo, they fight over the top perch. I have an 11lb mainecoon and a 13lb tabby along with an 8 month old kitten and they each fit very comfortable in the top perch bed and the 13lb guy loves to hang out in the bottom enclosure as well. So it's not just built for small or average sized cats! The 13lb guy and kitten love to climb the pole to get to the top and there's no issue with stability, its placed against a wall. None of them were using the shelf until I added a $10 oval Harmony cat bed (in black) from PetCo and now that's the #2 spot to bask in the sun puddles. The top perch comes with a washable thin mat, the rest I vacuum. The rope scratchers are a hit on every level and have held up really well after 2 years. Really recommend this product!!

My cat loved it until the top post and bed fell off
The media could not be loaded. I would say my cat loved this cat scratcher to death! She loved scratching at the jute rope, playing hide and go seek with my dog and laying atop the basket looking out the window. When we first got the cat scratcher she was only 5month old so she easily fit in the top basket. As she grew she looked sort of squished for the top basket but alass kept on using it (probably one of her favorite places to lay in the entire house). Yesterday she went to jump on the top basket and the whole top part went flying. It had been getting a little wobbly but I figured the cat scratcher still had some life it in, I was planning on replacing the jute and fabric soon. Sadly I don't think the top basket can be replaced because there is no place to screw it on, just staples. All in all my cat loved this and got a year out of it (we purchased it August 2021). I think for the price it's a bit steep considering it only lasted a year but the design is very unique and beautiful, I love the boho.

My cats love it and it's absolutely beautiful
This cat tree is absolutely beautiful. It is attractive in our living room, easy on the eyes, and almost always occupied by at least one cat. In the photos, you can see what it looked like in the box, as well as see one of my cats in the bottom wicker basket before I even had the thing put together. It took me about 10 minutes to put it together, as I had feline assistants, and they love it. From the last photo, you can see that they both love the top basket. My only wish was that there were either two of those baskets or one larger one that they could really share. This cat tree was worth every penny.

I’ve bought this twice
This is the nicest looking cat tree I’ve seen and the quality is great. Very sturdy. My first one eventually had the sisal unravel because one of hard use — I don’t think this is due to poor quality it’s just that my cats were being little monsters. I contacted the company and they do send replacement parts for a very fair price. As much as I love these I won’t be repurchasing because my cats are white and one sheds a lot which doesn’t work for a black fabric. I did my best to keep them clean. If you have short haired cats or black cats then I 100% recommend this cat tree but in my case I’ll be replacing with white/beige only.

Cat approved!
Hands down the best cat tree I've purchased! Sturdy construction, great height, basket perch is roomy, model platform easily holds the big boy of the crew, and it's just a really attractive cat tree. One of my cats has laid claim to the top perch, is in it for hours. Very happy with this purchase!

Holes did not line up

Bought Two my cats love it
I had to buy two, I have two cats and they were fighting over who could lay in the basket. Excellent product, I like the design and the material used. I am very pleased that my cats like it too.
