Ok
I finally found what I was looking for..A sock bootie with a low thick heal and narrow toe. Love the style, but quality not that great and the fit was totally off. Needed to buy a half size larger because my toe was squished. Dissatisfied with amazon. Obviously it's a third party we're buying from, but after purchasing size 9 and later rebuying 9.5 for $15 more, I was only refunded 80 percent(assuming restocking fee) for the first pair. Rip-off

Oddest looking boots
These boots are basically a sock with lumpy looking suede piece over the toe area. So grateful Amazon has such a super return policy!
