WAY too big!
I ordered an XL... I'd call what I got about a 3XL. quality is about what you'd expect... nice print on polyester... the badge is printed, not an applique.

Runs Large
I'm an XL and ordinary XLs are snug but not baggy. This item felt like an XXL so try a size smaller. Didn't have enough time to reorder so I don't know what a smaller size would do due to pending party that weekend.

Returned. Color was unevenly faded.
I am happy with Amazon's return policy, but not with this product. I suspect this was picked up on clearance somewhere after having been on a display rack for too many years before being injected into the Amazon inventory. There was rectangular patch that was very faded which was the portion visible through the front of the package while it was folded. It looks like sun damage. That said, the product was the right size, but would have been hot and uncomfortable to wear. As a replacement, we picked up a generic blue shirt and a better looking Star Trek pin. The instructions to "hand wash only" make sense after viewing the fabric. It seems flimsy.

It’s good, but…
This worked great for a work fun event…however, the silver stripes on the wrists did not match up at the seam whatsoever and my OCD just cannot be fully satisfied with it like that ???? The fit through the neck and shoulder area was also quite odd. Too small in places but baggy and oversized in places it didn’t need to be. It’s like it got measured and sewn completely flat.

Poorly made shirt and overpriced, but made in USA
This shirt will serve its purpose, but I'm not impressed. In the product photos the black portion looks like it's an undershirt because they've sewn a seam in the blue material, but in the actual product there is no seam so it just looks funny. The shirt is very wrinkly and the tag says you cannot iron the shirt. The bands on the sleeves are weird rubber texture. On the inside of the shirt there are loose threads everywhere and it looks like it's about to fall apart. This shirt is good for a few events, but will not last long. For my size (athletic 6'0" and 195 lbs) it fits well. Usually I have trouble with sleeves due to my long arms, but these sleeves are actually a good length for long arms.

Fitting
Overall, a good-looking Trek shirt and value for the money. However, fit was a challenge. As an average size man, I normally wear a medium or large shirt. The medium product's sleeves and length fit me well, but it was far, far too generous in other directions, especially if going for the traditional, fitted "Trek" look. I ended up running safety pins up both side seams and down the arms to take about 2 inches of fabric off from either side of the garment. This worked surprisingly well.

To be honest I wish I had not bought it. it had a very cheap feel and look to it I know it was only for a fancy dress party but I was expecting something with a little bit more quality. The size was also miles too big for me

Looks really good. Perfect for My Halloween costume. Just need the leather combat boots and the Phaser. Already got the Communicator. Get the CCheap ten - 15 dollar communicator from .... Star Trek: Light-and-Sound Communicator ...Chip Carter. It works perfectly for a halloweeen prop. opens hs a golden grill and makes two noises.

Love them.
This is pretty much a tshirt, it's an easy costume for anyone who doesn't have time to pic out another one, it's great! Amazing fit and colour doesn't fade away in the wash, it is breathable and I love the material. I probably will buy in another colour.
